On April 6, 2019, paralegal Tina Taylor and her brother attended “Hope & Healing: A Flight Tour to Benefit No More Stolen Childhoods.” McCarthy, Winkelman & Mester was a Silver Sponsor of this event. Partner Christian Mester also serves on the Board of Directors for No More Stolen Childhoods. Guests were taken on a bus tour of a few of Baltimore’s key distilleries and cocktails, snacks, education, and camaraderie ensued.

The mission of No More Stolen Childhoods is to change the public perception about childhood sexual abuse and to help those abused find fulfillment in their permanently scarred lives. Tina and her brother had a great time while assisting this great organization with steps moving forward to prevent childhood sexual abuse and provide adult victims with access to available resources so they can begin their path to healing and become survivors.
