Anne D. Pile, R.N. is part of the McCarthy, Winkelman & Mester team as one of its Nurse Consultants. Anne brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in medical records and the medical community to every case. Anne’s nursing career included working as a hospital staff nurse in the intensive care, coronary care and progressive care units, emergency department, interventional radiology, PICC team, endoscopy, ambulatory surgery, post-anesthesia care unit, urgent care and inter-hospital transport via ambulance. Anne further worked as a Flight Nurse. In 2006, she began working full time in the medical-legal world, bringing her experience to helping investigate medical malpractice claims on behalf of plaintiffs. In 2013, she started her own independent legal nurse consultant company, Elite Legal Nurses, LLC. She has published in the field and has provided lectures on related topics to various organizations.

Anne is an important part of the Nurse Consultants team member at McCarthy, Winkelman & Mester and her input is invaluable in the investigation of cases as well as her work at trials.
